Refund and Returns Policy

Moflair stands by the quality of its’ products and we provide good images and video to showcase the products you may be interested in from all angles. We even perform quality check on each product directly before it goes into the package to be mailed out. This ensures the integrity of the product free from damages. It is also reinforced packaged to prevent transit damage. We do all these to earn your loyalty and trust, and also to avoid frivolous returns.

We want you to be happy with your order. If the product mailed to you is not as shown on the website, please return it for full refund or exchange/store credit within 14days from the date your purchase is delivered. 

It is important that you inform us of your wish to return before returning your items, unarranged returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if received within 28 days, or in the event of being received after 28 days, are not eligible for refund. 

Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective within 30days from the date of delivery. Although no refund is issued for this, we will attempt to repair any broken piece or exchange it for comparable piece of your choice.  It is advisable to check delivered order immediately to avoid any confusion. 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. Sale items are returnable unless otherwise noted on product page as “FINAL SALE”. Bespoke order or made to order Luz Collections are NOT returnable. Fine Jewelry is final sale except if damaged

 

Return Shipping

To return items, please use a shipping method that can be tracked and ship your product to the address listed on the original packaging. If you no longer have this information, please e-mail support@moflair.com for further assistance. “RETURN FOR REFUND” or “EXCHANGE FOR ‘applicable item'” must be clearly written on your receipt or communication as well as the reason for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Items are delicate and must be packaged in the original box to ensure it will not get defective while in transit.  For a full refund, items returned must be in same quality as they were when sent to you with security tag attached.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please contact your credit card company, it can take time before your refund is officially processed.

Gifts

Gift Cards are in US Dollars and do not expire. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Promotional codes may not be combined with or applied to a Gift Card. If your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Gift Card code. Moflair is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if such action is necessary. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a Gift Card.
